Typical day on the bridge

It’s been a while since I updated my racewalking clips for this blog. For one reason or another, I haven’t been able to do as much racewalking as I’d like to, but lungs permitting, I intend to play catch-up .
Here’s some bits and pieces of my routine fitness walking/racewalking workout on the Al Zampa Bridge.Today was a good day, but really chilly out there….43 degrees .
When I’m breathing well, I can usually do 4-5 miles of regular walking plus one mile of racewalking (broken up into several segments of course.)
I’ve been a wannabe racewalker for nearly nine months now, but I think my technique is gradually improving. More important though, It feels more natural to me now.
Excuse the background noise, it’s noisy out there..
