Merry Christmas and I hope you continue to breathe better each day! I have been reading through all the great things that you have been involved in. I am so proud of all that you have done. You are am inspiration. I know that saying that might make you feel embaressed but please dont be. I have increased my walking to three miles for five days then five miles for two days. I dont have to do them all at the same time but I can if I want. Since September I have lost 40 lbs and have not needed my rescue inhaler since Sept. I have seen my peak flow personal best go from 400 to 550!!! I have also gone gluten free and have seen my improvement in my reactivity to foods. Come back to Daily Strength some time. Take Care, Sababby

Merry Christmas, glad to see you’re home with the “kids” I just gained an extra one this year as my carer’s kitty moved in shortly before Christmas because we’re hoping that the council will house us together and saw no sense in leaving Mr Damien at home alone all the time when there’s space for him here with my two, still going through some teething problems, but they’re all getting on fine…

If I don’t speak to you before, Happy New Year! I hope it brings less time in prison!
